Low liquidity? I doubt we have an imeediate liquidity for nfts cause it is an auction base. It depends on demand of what you hold nft cause if theres no offer you might not sold yours and even the floor is high as long as no one bidding for your nft then its good as valueless. Its not the same with tokens which you could sell anytime since there is an open liquidity.

Well, at least NFT must have a big community and value in their creation on the system blockchain and it all depends on the demand and how many nfts there are. The fewer, rarer, and more official NFT are, the higher the value.
