I do not think that he is contradicting himself. It could be that English failed him. He is struggling to make good use of his English and I find it difficult to understand what he is saying. But in that particular statement, I feel that there was an omission. Maybe he wanted to say that "he does not fail to invest in Bitcoin, whether it is high or low.". I cannot actually say so.
But in all, there is no relationship and cohesion between the topic and the body of the post. Grin
