I will be glad to get more contributions on how I can maintain more privacy.

First, let privacy be your priority. With Bitcoin wallet-to-wallet transactions or via P2P transactions, your real identity can never be revealed to anyone. The one thing that can get your identity revealed is when you are using a centralized platform to trade your bitcoin. For example, if you wanted to use your bitcoin on a centralized exchange, you would have to pass KYC, which requires you to willingly give out your identification details. Secondly, when you interact with a platform that saves your IP address, that, can be used to track your location. Also, just be mindful of some sites where you really give out any of your personal details, because most times, when any serious investigation is going on, there are usually some sites that those guys can go to try and fish for individual details that can help them on their search.
I have heard so much about decentralized exchange but can't seem to get my heard around how they possibly work because its seem inorder for p2p to take place in any exchange there must be strict supervision on both party to avoid one party losing there coins or money used to purchase such product in the platform, I can vividly understand how binance exchange works but I guess its a centralized exchange so KYC verification is needed in order to access their full service so that doesn't give full privacy and by the way why think of way to stay completely off-grid when you want to stay on the internet which is basically the loophole for spying on everyone activities.
