Yeah right, but for sure it's easy to say than to make in action, just like what you said due to greediness and the emotions that controls your mindset during your gambling sessions, it's a hard battle with you that needed to control, if you manage to beat your own lust then you are good to go, as you can tell yourself that you are quitting for a while to rest and to refresh yourself either you are winning or losing with your gambling participations.
