The forum certainly does allows the use of multiple accounts but using those accounts to enroll on same campaign is certainly frowned upon. In fact many of the reputable managers on the forum always have the rules of not using two accounts on a project.

Many members are misusing the opportunity of having multiple accounts through cheating on campaigns this is common on the bounty section because of the bad desire of these members to gain more. But this isn’t something that moderators need to look into. You yourself can just fish out members like this if you have proves that they are cheating and then report them, the accounts involved are tagged with negative so that campaign managers would avoid them. But still they end up creating another ones since it seems easy and that is why most reputable mangers this days usually make it part of their rules that only some certain criterias can be meet before joining their campaign.

Here is the link to where alts are reported but it is not permissible for newbies to post there but you can create your own thread on the reputation board and higher members will pick it up
