Whatever is your reason to give every benefit of doubt to the OP [it's like you were there when OP was creating the account and gambling on the site] but not co-operating with askgamblers from coinplay is true and the same way the response from the licenses provider is true too [not matter how you justify their response].

Askgamblers closed the case because they did not receive enough information from Coinplay, not that they were approving OP's case and certifying the case is a win in favour of the OP. The license provide in fact provided a good reason [although we don't know how was it verified] but it seems you are blinded in that part but very active in askgamblers part. Indicates again, you and me are not seeing the case from the same page.
