I already asked live chat on Saturday and they said they would inform finance department of it but so far it's still pending. I'm not sure if you don't process withdrawals in the weekends or if there was some technical error and I need to request the payout once again? Please let me know, or simply process the payout if there are no issues. After I received the funds I will continue gambling.
