Encountered zero problems so far (all payouts quickly processed) but my most recent withdrawal from 4 days ago is still pending. I already asked live chat on Saturday and they said they would inform finance department of it but so far it's still pending. I'm not sure if you don't process withdrawals in the weekends or if there was some technical error and I need to request the payout once again? I have been waiting a total of 18 days on my withdrawal now....and your support is only giving me generic answers like "we will look into it", "have some patiece" etc.
What is going on? You helped me out the previous time back in April and then the withrawal was quickly processed after your intervention. But I see you have not been online since May 9th....I hope quoting you will get your attention please? You still have my username in your PM box from the last time. Thank you.
