This is absurd mate. How can a casino be taking up to four days as I see from the picture upload the withdrawal was made on the 20th of may and still pending and I am made to understand from your post as well that it takes the casino 7days to process your payment. This is very dissappointing. It would not take them much time to sweet sugar coat members to make deposit for games but to withdraw will take processes and procedures so as to delay and find fault to penalize clients to stop their withdrawal.
This is not funny though but anyways you have said it yourself. We await your response in respect to the withdrawal.

Very disappointing for the fact that the amount requested is small amount only. And waiting that long time span before we can get our withdrawals is not a good sight to see, so for sure there are other more got disappointed on how this casino take action on solving issues on their clients. But since the issue has. been executed and withdrawal request is done already maybe they give an assurance that the same like scenario will never happen again.

don't forget that they even put a 0.001 withdrawal fee if you want to make a withdrawal and it can take up to 6 days which is really long time.
i believe that they will not approve every withdrawal that they have and i don't know how they calculate the wager from the no-deposit bonus?

No casino can be comfortably used without instant withdrawals. now let's say I need some money emergency right now but I don't have any money anywhere other than this site so if they take 6 days to complete the withdrawal then what would happen to me at that moment? this will in no way increase the reputation of this casino site. Gamblers on the other hand are not interested in gambling here. this is a completely bad idea
