I agree with your point, it seems very suspicious that a user who posted after 3 years has taken the step of depositing money into the site and successfully withdrawn the money back to his wallet. This can be done just to grab the attention of the newbie gamblers who want to get 900% cashback and refund even if they lose.

The site seems like a scam to me because no casino would offer such services if they have to survive for a long time. The service is like traditional Ponzi schemes where a few users will get refunds and cashback and the majority of users will lose everything they put on the site. I recommend everyone to be careful from such sites, the chance of scamming is so high for such sites.
