With the spread of scam bounty campaign in this forum, bounty hunters will just assess the project if it will be a success and if it will pay them but majority of the hunter will still sell it when the coin is become listed on exchanges as they are scared to gain nothing after hours of task and research they did for the project. Bad project means they will gain nothing as bounty campaigns might not pay them even on tokens as the project performs badly on their sale. They are just optimistic on projects that has a high chance of being successful on launch though there are few hunters who really holds bounty tokens which is a risky move from them.
I agree with your point of view on what has been and is really happening, from the usage and operation behavior of many different campaigns as well as the reflections of the participants, I see an Low quality field between work coming from stakeholder way. But to be fair it's still a job that provides a source of income and also learns in the cryptosphere, as mentioned earlier I think there will need to be more rules for this job so people will it's hard to overdo it and making this environment positive makes more sense.
