Looks like you will be getting a hard time recovering your account because of this site not being active here and maybe even support is not that giving great answers because there are more important issues about not refilling the Hot wallet in which they are never updating .
The support on the website is very responsive since they have a live chat unlike here which they already abandoned the ANN thread due to lightlord inactivity. Following @Bitinity suggestion is the right thing to do for account recovery.

Probably he loss access on his account due to his long absence here in the forum. He is an old player of this casino base on his post history. Maybe he just want to check his account after a long time.
Bitvest doesn’t have any problem anymore. All payout is already processed while the community is still active base on the chatbox.
