Tottenham are not in a good position in the Premier League. Sometimes the team performs well and sometimes poorly. However, Tottenham team performed very well in the last season but this season the team is unable to maintain the consistency of their performance.
I think that's a natural thing because other teams in the Premier League are like that, apart from that other teams are also always trying to be better so it's only natural that Tottenham can't perform well all season because Tottenham can also lose when dealing with other teams. who is stronger than him in the Premier League this season. But Tottenham still has a chance to reach the top seven in the standings this season if they beat Leeds United in their last game, but Tottenham also have to hope for a defeat at Aston Villa against Brighton in the last game.
Indeed, this is a natural thing, but they cannot continue to hide behind normal words, they must also continue to improve their performance so that the same thing does not happen again. After all, this is a competition where when we consider all things fair then the question arises when will they be even better? Of course they can't go on like this right? while other clubs can play better, then they also have to show the same thing so that they can compete. They almost lost their position in the eurozone zone.

If you enter the Premier League with the intention of failing to put out the necessary effort and concentration, you should not be far from being demoted. The Premier League is not for the faint of heart and has humbled many clubs. And many respected clubs, including Chelsea, have struggled this season. One characteristic of these leagues is that weaknesses in your defense or midfield can have a bigger impact than you might assume. Since there are many rivals in the tournament, you need to significantly improve performance to remain in the Premier. This requires more expertise than you might think.
I don't know of any team that would come into the premier league or any league at all and won't be ready or willing to put in efforts towards some goal and most of all, not being relegated. Your always going to find teams that won't meet the requirements in there efforts to remain in the league.

Chelsea had the determination but, they just weren't being able to find the goals. They had attempts but, a very poor conversion rate with no proper goal scorer on the team.
They were just lucky not to get relegated.
Any team that comes to the Premier League they have to be ready for all the pressure, they have to improve their quality and quantity in all aspects otherwise they won't be able to compete and last long. It doesn't matter if they are a strong club that has been here for a long time or they have just been promoted from the second tier. It seems easier for big clubs who have been here for a long time, but it's not really as easy as one might think. Historical records say that the big clubs that exist today have also experienced bad things, they have even been relegated.
