It is unlikely that you will receive a helpful response from 1xbit representatives on this forum. Their activity here is infrequent, and their responses are often generic and unhelpful. 1xbit casino has been proven to be a scam, so even if you do receive a response from the company about your problem, it may not actually resolve anything.

While this is an old case, I'm unsure what further actions you can take. Given that 1xbit is unlicensed illegal gambling operator, and therefore not legally liable for its customers, you don't even have the possibility of claiming your right. The casino has a history of scamming players, so it's not a good one, and I don't think it will ever be.

My man, that is just a very heartbreaking situation. I would have felt destroyed if that happened to me... Also, there is little to no chance they will contact you back, keeping in mind the nefarious reputation they have as a casino.

Also, please keep in mind that there are scammers around this forum, so all around the internet, you may get contacted by someone pretending to be able to help you to recover your money, just to try to scam some of those 3000$ out of you, please be careful with any direct messages you get from now on.
