Actually fans of the two teams don't really need to hope that their team will win because they might feel disappointed when the team they support ultimately fails. This has been felt by Manchester City in the previous final against Chelsea where at that time I also could hardly believe Manchester City was defeated by Tuchel who actually only managed Chelsea in the middle of the season.

Inter fans, of course, hope that their team doesn't lose and the Champions League title is the title they want. But based on the odds, I think Inter only have a very small chance of winning the title compared to Manchester City who have so far proven capable of beating the strongest title challengers this season.
