In such cases, the best thing to do is to refer to an independent mediator such as casinoguru or askgamblers then each party can submit their proofs and tell their side of the story.

yep, I agree, it would be the best course of action. a user and I suggested that he post his complaint on askgambler and casino.guru, OP did post a complaint on casino.guru and has talked with people there helping him resolve the issue and is now waiting for the casino to reply, as for askgambler, not sure if he has posted there yet since the most recent complaint that was posted against blizz.io was last april.
