Pochettino main task next season with Chelsea I think will be quite tough for him because the main target is to bring Chelsea to finish in the top 4 and qualify for the Champions League. In terms of team strength, of course Chelsea have players who are individually talented and even their quality will be very good if Pochettino is able to implement more efficient tactics next season. I think Chelsea just need to improve up front because they need a sticker figure who is more aggressive in scoring goals which this season their big weakness is not having a sticker who is really able to complete the task perfectly on the front lines.

Apart from that, next season, Chelsea will definitely get stronger competition from other teams because Liverpool and Manchester United will put a lot of pressure on the top of the standings.

Pochettino has easy target with Chelsea upcoming season by finish on top fourth standing position and bring back qualify to Champion League next season. Actually, Chelsea has domestic competition only for next season and seems for Pochettino without have focus on European competition after Chelsea failure finish on top fourth standing.

First thing need improvement is on attacking line, Pochettino should looking the best forward next season has consistency performance for scoring goals on every match. Have enough time on pre season match should get effective by Pochettino if won't loss position as the previous manager.
