AC Milan completed their task in Serie A as they already got a ticket in top four to Champions League. Win or lose at the match with Verona is not important with AC Milan. However, it is different with AS Roma, they will have to win against Spezia if they won't win against Sevilla in Europa League final match. Because if they lose in the final match, they must beat Spezia to protect their six position that is enough for them to join Europa League next year.

If the second scenario comes, Spezia will have big problem in their match with Roma. Chances to see both clubs lose in a last match are existing and no change in positions between them.

Milan are in the Champions League next season but they have the chance to finish in third place if they win and Inter lose in the last round. Considering the fact that Milan had such season I am sure that the players will want to finish it with a win. Roma on the other side is not sure in which competition will play. If they win against Sevilla then there is absolutely no reason to back them against Spezia because they will be in CL. But if Sevilla beats them then it is a must win against Spezia. So if you are going to bet on those game now it's not the best time to do it. And I still believe that it's more probable Milan to beat Verona than Roma - Spezia.
