I just really don't get it ? Why would the court be coming after stake when they do not allow people from Australia to play at their site. If anyone is accessing the stake.com from Australia, it is his fault and he should be called to court to justify this action.

To be clear on things, just read their Policies here which clearly list the blacklisted countries.

Eddie accesses stake.com from Australia. He is the co owner of stake.com. He is misguiding his viewers that it is legal to do so and is promoting it within Australia. Anyone with banners from gambling sites on their profile i just laugh at. The legal action is not going to be against stake.com directly, it's going to be against co owner Edward Craven who lives in Melbourne, Australia.
