Am not unddrstanding but before also i had one issue with my sportsbet.io account when they restricted withdrawals at that time i made account in btctalk and posted those.now am not able to log with old btc talk account so i had to create another raise issue.

If you broke their Terms of Service, it is very normal to see restriction on your account and soon service termination.

I Did verified my account fully by uploading documents ,video selfie and all they only said am good to go.i did used 5 months this site and played like 7000 dollars and never used any promotion except only one time that is 4-3-free ipl mega event that is also because of high reward.Now when i won nearly 1500 they simply saying that am not eligible.I do know steve will solve issues when user is innocent.so i hope i will get what i due
