As far as I know it would make zero difference which jurisdiction the website (or any website) is operating out of because the domain itself (which is .com in this case) can be seized by law enforcement agencies.
As of yet, the 1xbit/1xbit1 website probably has not received enough attention for them to take action but sooner or later one of two things will most probably happen. Either the 1xbit/1xbit1 owners will close down and exit-scam or their domain will be seized effectively shutting them down until they re-open using another domain.
I could have added a third option but that would be an almost impossible task entailing 1xbit/1xbit1 to become a genuine scam-free business but we all are quite sure that will not be happening.
That's why I totally don't understand why @Haunebu thinks it would be easier to shut them down if they were registered in Russia
Did you read my post properly? I clearly mentioned that
it won't be easy to bring them down because they are based out of Russia. You clearly misunderstood what I was trying to say here.
Learnt this information from some other member of this forum who provided proper evidence highlighting the fact that 1xbet and 1xbit are operating from Russia.
