It seems so, and we see quite a lot of stories made up like that when starting a thread, maybe Op is a storyteller so his imagination is very high to make up stories that look real but in reality, are fictitious. I don't care if this story is true or just fiction, but I agree with you that teaching kids bitcoin is unnecessary. Their age is to have fun and explore the outside world, not the time to teach them about finance or investing. I support and encourage bitcoin education for people, but as you said, we should teach them when they are teenagers or young adults. When they have enough basic knowledge of life, and it's time for them to be independent in everything, including finance, it's the right time to teach them about bitcoin and finance.
