I will say no for that. As you can see how as roma is not having capability in serie a. I meant its performance was very inconsistent. You must see how big the gap between roma to the napoli as a winner for scudetto this season.
Roma never had trophy with previous coaches but jose was changing it. We must note that if roma is only having small cheap squads on its team. It's also having very bad financial.
