Por outro lado, bitcoin poderia ter ido a zero. Daí o MB não iria devolver nada nesse caso?

o justo seria devolver em BTC, o que era originalmente.
Não dá pra especular quem teria vendido e quem não, e o Mercado bitcoin atualmente teria cacife para pagar de toda forma e corrigir esse problema criado por eles mesmos.

Olha que curioso. Saiu uma decisão na Espanha onde o juiz mandou pagar a dívida e os juros em bitcoin, mesmo a moeda do país sendo euro.

Certamente uma raridade, tanto q foi noticiado. Especialmente pelo valor ser substancialmente maior. Será que se fosse o contrário seria justo pra vítima?
