I'm not really sure if this thread is important because most of users got banned shouldn't get unban or changed to signature ban, only few of them deserved.

The list can be helpful only to know who was banned but would it help the case for these ban participants to get unbanned Huh

But then he spends the time and effort to combine and produce this list. Anytime spent should be productive for some purpose and I again fail to understand the purpose of this. The ban participants, if they see this thread, may get some hope that maybe someone will review their case again but in most cases, the right decision was already made by the forum mods.
