Did you read some of the posts above you about Messi's certainty to Inter Miami? so he has made a deal, no more debates or having to wait for which club will be his next career place. It doesn't look like the ideal club for Messi, in fact, he didn't get any bigger than what Al Hilal offered but there must have been other factors that made him decide like that.
Barca needs a lot of things to do before they can re-sign Messi and may have to sacrifice a lot of players just for Messi and that doesn't look good for the development of the team.
