that is correct - I too have witnessed someone who has been horribly been scammed and he have had a severe brain stroke and suffered mental and physical trauma
after that he had never gambled.

One of the reason why advocate dead sentence for scammers is because of the physiological impact of their actions on the mental health of the victims, because a lot of people who are victims of scams have lost their lives in one way or Another other and the impact of this act have left millions of other devastated.

I once heard a story of a man who went crazy because he was duped of his retirement savings, this scam happened through his bank account because he exposed an OTP to a scammer.
