I agree that chelsea team is the one with the most dispointing performance out of all the big clubs what poor performance and results especially in the second half of the season despite having a decent squad, they have some young talented players with some fresh legs and a decent manager they can get back to the top in the coming years but it will surely take a while as for liverpool they didn't have much squad change but yet their performance droped drastically i think the main reason is the drop in the level of some of their important player klopp is a smart manager i think he will find a way to get them back in shape.

Undoubtedly, Chelsea had a season to forget in the English Premier League last season which is the main reason why they were almost relegated from the top flight.
But the arrival of Mauricio Pochettino to Chelsea this summer I think should give Chelsea fans all over the world a sense of improvement. Their poor season is in the past now and it's time to remain positive and give their new manager all the support he needs to make them a very strong Premier League club once more
