For me it hasn't been life changing, because on long run I'm losing more money than winning.
So it's changing your life... for worse
After all, you have less money than you'd have if you never gambled.
Well, it depends the point of view. I have less money every new month after I go eating out, after purchasing clothes, after paying the college's bill. Still, I can't say my life is changing for worse... Let's say I pay to achieve goals, get entertained and satisfied. Gambling could enter the 'entertainment' category, if you are someone who enjoy playing, despite the outcomes being positive or negative.
