Its hashing fine with the 2 good boards that are in there.
I posted here in an attempt to get the 3rd working.
I suggest check the hashboard physically to look for possible burnt parts that cause this issue if you found one you might need to hire a technician to replace it or do DIY.I posted here in an attempt to get the 3rd working.
If you found nothing there are some basic things that you can do without a technician like cleaning the hashboard pins and if you have a soldering iron you can resolder all pins including the terminals on the busbar. Look at the image below to get my point.
