I suggest check the hashboard physically to look for possible burnt parts that cause this issue if you found one you might need to hire a technician to replace it or do DIY.
If you found nothing there are some basic things that you can do without a technician like cleaning the hashboard pins and if you have a soldering iron you can resolder all pins including the terminals on the busbar. Look at the image below to get my point.

Yeah, I looked closely and could not find any issues.

I may need to ship out my machine to have it repaired by a professional.

I don't think its right that the warranty on these start the day it was built, instead of the day it was purchased. I've only owned it for 3 months.
