if what they said about having financial troubles was true, we won't see a lot of tranfers coming in, at least no expensive ones, the Champions league seems far from them, and i'm pretty sure a lot of people would not think about betting on Barca to win it, La Liga will still be competitive though.

Barcelona team is having an important period because they are trying hard to rebuild the club and bring it back to the top, but this surely cannot happen without money, having financial problems now mean that we will not see Barcelona in the top again for a long time
