I surely agree with you, that site is somewhat reputable. Unfortunately they are not providing exact reasons on why ToS are being considered ‘unfair’. At the moment we are working our way to be even allowed to represent our own site there, but casino.guru unwilling to assist us with that topic. And we have already notified their support in regards to that.

So judging by your logic in the previous message, your site does not care about cases as a whole?

Regarding rafanaldo7 inquiry, we do not store any passwords or such, in any kind of insecured data structure. Thereby we assume that the issue was not from our side. Yet I can assure you, we always try our best to resolve customer issues and their cases even if we can not yet answer on casino.guru
