Yes, it's true that actually it would be very good to take a short break for the mental health of the gambler, that sometimes we don't have to gamble every time and every hour to get a win or a lot of money, that's why it takes a certain time to play gambling so we don't become a heavy addict in gambling if gambling is done every day, that's why there is a need for a break.

I know that making promises to yourself is difficult to keep especially when we are used to looking for pleasure in gambling in casinos or on sports betting platforms, after all there is no problem also playing only on weekends and not every day so as not to interfere with the gambler's social life as well and not become an addict. so start promising yourself not to gamble on certain days and change it slowly.
