Maybe or maybe not. If the rumored transfer of two City players to Barca and PSG are true then I can see the excitement on how unpredictable the next season will be. City are currently the most stable organization in the Premier League so changes in the squad could potentially affect the team in a negative way. Man United could be in another rebuild phase if there will be a change in ownership while Chelsea will continue to find balance. I have no update with what's happening with LFC. Newcastle may put up more fight for the title next season.

Even though there will be several Manchester City players who will leave in the transfer market later, I personally still believe that Manchester City will remain in the title race. So, at least for competition in the top four, of course, it will still be interesting, especially about Newcastle. Because with Newcastle playing in the Champions League next season, of course, Newcastle will have some new players later and hopefully there will be star players who will play at Newcastle next season.
