Erik Ten Hag for a fact is a good manager who knows how to make important decisions on and off the pitch and also knows how to handle controversial moments just like he did in his fallout with Cristiano Ronaldo before last year's World Cup.
However it is crystal clear to every football fan that Manchester United were ousted by Sevilla in the quarter finals because of his tactical errors especially in the first leg of that encounter. So it's safe to criticise him concerning that quarter final tie against Sevilla

Terrible decisions made in that game that cost them their chances of competing for the title this season and I am sure even Ten Hag himself still reflects on that game from time to time and regrets some decisions he made. I think it is time to move forward from that and think about the future and hope that scenario doesn’t repeat itself.
