I think "ecology consensus" is the consensus of all of the blockchain ecology users, not only bitcoin users. Every blockchain user should admit the core position of blockchian is Bitcoin.

The reason why I split it is:
1. mint the whole WhitePaper is so expensive for one person
2. let people hold the WhitePaper together conform to the decentralize spirit of Bitcoin
3. let a group people hold it, it's more easy to build a community to make consensus
