Arteta shall push kroenke to give him more money to buy rice from westham. I do personally believe that if rice will become the only suitable player to replace xhaka. Arsenal must be securing him as fast as possible before manchester city will be coming and hijack him from westham.
100m was very easy for arsenal as it has also owned by one of billionaires. Rice has been getting so many interests from other club as well. Arteta really wants to sign him as a new player for the club but i knew that if it's pretty hard for arsenal to spend a very big amounts of money to get him from westham. Arsenal never made big transfer like that unlike another team in EPL like chelsea, Mu or manchester city.
