Indeed Inter were just like that at the beginning. Because they had serious issues with their defending. Otherwise they were great at scoring so many goals in general. But after the returnal of the World Cup we started to watch a quite different Inter. Maybe it was too late for rejoining the title race with Napoli but this was still a significant progress.

By the way Inter are already shown as the biggest title contender by bookmakers. Even though Napoli won the title by a huge point difference and Inter didn't even finish right behind, Inter are still favoured the most to be the next champions. It is still early of course and the predictions can change quite often during the season.

Inter should focus on keeping the same ambition in themselves for next season. Keeping their squad quality at this level at least is also going to be important.
