Mbappe do want to join Real Madrid and the French president himself was involved to keep him with PSG along with Messi and Neymar in order to win Champions League. I haven't seen any credible news about PSG selling Mbappe. Messi has left PSG. Rumors are being heard that PSG is also interested in selling Neymar. If PSG management sells Mbappe now, the PSG team will be very weak next season. It seems unlikely that PSG will sell the three main players in the squad at the same time. But if PSG wanted to form a completely new team, they could do so.
