The player's communication skill, alignment and understanding is really important since that's all they'll need to create a connectivity in pitch. A clear example is when Ronaldo made his debut to man United; that wasn't favourable to him cus he's got learn to play with the new breeds too. Well, if mane is going back,then that'll also be a good idea.

I believe you have a point there. Since Mane left Liverpool and joined Bayern Munich, I haven't even seen any of his impressive performances. Occasionally, you hear that he is injured and won't be able to play well. From what I understand, moving some players from one team to another without giving them the opportunity to get well-trained with their new teammates can have a negative impact on their careers.
Some people won't believe what I'm saying, but let's take a look at a lot of players today to see what the main factor was that used to influence them. Messi is the only player that can produce wherever he is.
