I cannot really pinpoint the cause of Sadio Mane’s inability to replicate his fine form as he had at Liverpool before joining Bayern Munich. Before moving to the Bayern Munich, Mané was the engine of the Liverpool team and they felt his absence greatly when he left the club. I must admit that I expected much more from him after hearing of his controversial move away from EPL. Things have not been easy for him in the Bundesliga, maybe he should consider returning to EPL.

This is difficult for him because of his age and now everyone could see that it hasn't been going well for him although he was one of the star transfers for Bayern Munich as it was labeled back when he went from Liverpool to them. But he could never justify the star label. Bayern paid money for him that they would try to mitigate as much as possible concerning the damage a sale would cause now. But which club would be willing to buy him? It would not be one of the top four or top six clubs in the EPL. It could be a club further from the bottom of the table. It was said that he is only 31 years old, but I think that age is only negligible when you are playing almost perfect seasons like Lewandowski or Benzema did. But when you are 31 and you played a bad season, it is a negative attribute to factor in in transfer decisions.
