It's normal that we felt remorse after gambling everytime we loss an amount. Because we cannot force ourselves in to calm mode, when we are in Lossing. And mostly we can say that what a wasteful bet hope next time we won't lose again. In the world of gambling we must know and put in our mind that we gamble what we afford to lose so that we can not feel romorse every after bet.

In order to avoid those feelings of regret setting a budget is a must, after all if you determined beforehand how much money you are willing to spend gambling and the amount that you do indeed spent is at that level or below then there is nothing to regret as everything is going according to your plan, however this can be difficult to do, especially if you have never tried using a budget before, but given enough time this will become second nature to you and those feelings will disappear.
