Lukaku is not a bad striker. I feel his major problem is confidence. If Lukaku has the confidence he can be a pretty deadly striker.
The mistake he made was leaving Inter for Chelsea in the first place. He should have just remained at Inter when he was one of the hottest strikers in the planet. Now that he's at Inter he doesn't perform much. Dzeko was even higher up the pecking order than him.
I believe Lukaku will do great at AC Milan though.

Lukaku is a possible striker for Inter Milan, but he is more interested in the Seria A rather than the Premier rather. It was one of the toughest players in the Premier League back then, especially when he was at Everton, scoring substantial goals and contributing to success of his club. He is currently a Chelsea player, however he lacks confidence on the field and is inconsistent in league games. up his first season at Chelsea, he put up a tremendous performance at Stamford Bridge, and there's no way he wouldn't have excelled in the blues' frontline. Inter Milan will merely use and discard me; they will not even raise his wages.

In last few weeks, we have too much talk about Lukaku and his play style even mostly are feeling he is good just lack of confidence but still things are not favorable for him because right now Chelsea wants to offload him and Inter is not having enough funds to capture him which is the biggest problem, and he doesn't want to go Saudi League which is the best destination for him right now because with this transfer he can gain some confidence which can help him for having his form back and then again join here in Italian league or any other league for his last few years of career, but we have no suitable solution.

Currently, mostly feeling he can do better in Italy instead of England but Inter or Milan it's also not clear because if he joined Milan then surely there is not guaranteed that he will be adjusted and have better results but Inter needs to do something which is also suitable.
