Sounds like a plan for Tottenham, and likely Harry Kane also wants to be traded to other teams so I think it was a viable opportunity for Tottenham to sell Kane to the far away team, and likely not in their way for Kane to be the one that defeated them in their home turf, so yes there is a possibility for a Harry Kane in Bayern Munich and Real Madrid more than with the Manchester City, but I think Bayern Munich can likely pay for Harry Kanes trade fee so there is a large opportunity for them to acquired Kane,

With the current squad at Bayern Munich, Harry Kane will definitely be banging goals for fun for them come next season if by any means Bayern secures his signature.
Tottenham Hotspur management knows that Harry Kane is one of the major reason why Tottenham are still recognized as a big English club and would not want let him leave their club. But a player of Kane's Calibre is supposed to be winning trophies at this time of his career and if he truly wants to win trophies before retiring from Football, then he should leave Tottenham this summer
