Rice is a good player no doubt and Currently on the transfer market he is one the best DM available and Arsenal needs to replace partey so having jorginho and Rice as available DM for the upcoming season is not a bad idea. Arsenal are going to be playing the Champions League next season so they need reinforcementsand its high time Arsenal start spending huge money on players because big money gets you big players and 30m can only get you average players.
