CBS Report, Mysterious DoD Iran Attack Memo Does Not Exist and Is Not Part of Jack Smith Case Against Trump
It is ok to be wrong, and honestly I'm not trying to dunk on you, but if you're going to let a site like the Last Refugee explain to you what a report from another media outlet is reporting (especially if it's a main stream outlet), you're going to be misinformed almost every time - and this is a perfect example:
CBS put out a report that the document from the Trump audio in NJ is not among the 31 documents that are behind 31 of the charges he's facing in Florida.
CBS did not report the document doesn't exist.
They didn't report Smth doesn't have it.
They didn't eve
Actually the CBS reports only that it's not among the 31 documents of which each are a seperate charge.
The report doesn't say they don't exist, it says, like I've been saying all along, that we don't know if the prosecuters have it or not:
Multiple sources familiar with the investigation previously told CBS News that defense attorneys were not certain the Iran memo in question was ever recovered and returned to the government.
The audio recordings are obviously being used in the florida case to demonstrate intent.
It wouldn't make sense to include that document in the charges since Trump allegedly had them and shared them in New Jersey - if he were convicted in Florida it would be an easy appeal due to wrong venue.
It's possible Trump eventually faces additional charges in NJ, or DC. Possibly for disseminating classified information. We don't know.
What I do know is that whoever wrote this blog (without putting their name on it) is intentionally fooling tons of people just like you into believing things that are not true in order to defend Trump.
