I don't think so, because if he knew what he wanted he should have left his current club before he turned 30 year old or when Pochettino left Tottenham, because when Pochettino was there Harry Kane had the best time with Tottenham being able to reach the final champion league but after that the club became very inconsistent.
Until now, I have never heard that this striker really wants to leave Tottenham, maybe because he is the type of person who prefers loyalty over titles, or because Tottenham's owners really treat this player very special so he feels at home there.
This season is the best time for him to choose to stay at Tottenham or have to leave, hopefully he chooses to leave because the new Tottenham manager doesn't seem too reassuring he can lift this club, even though it has to wait until the league returns to play what can the new manager do so that Tottenham can be more consistent and if possible win the title.
