Xavi arrived at a time when Barcelona really needed a coach who knew the team's needs and he was the right person. This means that under Xavi leadership it has shown changes in the right direction. With so many financial problems, player salaries being cut, and many people's doubts about Xavi, he has proven that finances are not the main thing, but player loyalty to the team has made all of Barcelona's journeys find their way again. Every journey taken has not always been smooth, Barcelona was knocked out of the Europa League but that did not make them return there next season and rise to the Champions League as in their previous footsteps.
You could say that Xavi has succeeded in bringing Barcelona back to win La Liga, but there is a lot that Xavi has to correct, whether it's the system, players, rotation, and every policy he carries out with his team. especially if Barcelona wants to be more competitive next season, especially in the Champions League competition. I mean, there are several matches that are played with bad games. although in the end, they won the game. and hopefully, next season Xavi will be able to improve the mentality and performance of his team and at the same time fix the system he applies to his squad. at least in the 2023/2024 season, Barcelona must be stronger than the previous season. even with limited funds, Xavi's approach to bringing in newcomers deserves a thumbs up. now, Barca has brought in Gundohan. rumors, there are several other newcomers who will soon join Barcelona. at least, they need a second tier player who is not much different from the starting eleven players. thus, hopefully Barcelona will be much more competitive.
