180 million is indeed too much for Osimhen. Mbappe was signed for that amount by PSG.

Of course the conditions of that time and now aren't the same. Players are getting more expensive in the transfer market now that we see even average level players being signed for really high amount of money. But I still don't think 180 million can be given just like that to any player. Osimhen is a really talented striker undoubtedly. But is he really worth the risk of paying a huge amount?
I don't think he is worth it now. He is still young and he needs to improve continually to prove his worth.
If his current market value and money placed on him by Napoli is compared to Mbappe market value then it’s probably worth it. But to end all of this, Napoli don’t want to let him go now that’s way a big price like this his placed on him. He happens to be the third most valuable striker in the world now but the consistency is what matters now to any team that is willing to have him by their side. No team will want to pay such huge amount and later not get what they deserve. There’s very high possibility that he’s going to remain at Napoli and this won’t be a bad decision for him to stay back.
One of the very high prices wanted by the club also came from Tottenham, Harry Kane. But if you compare between Harry Kane and Osimhen, I personally would prefer Osimhen if I wanted to spend that kind of money. One of the reasons is because Osimhen is a young player who can still survive in the long term.
But clearly when it comes to value, that's an exorbitant figure, and will certainly be a special consideration for any club that wants to sign him. And it also seems like Napoli don't want to just let him go.
If we look at the probability of his position, Timothy Weah is a complete player because he can play in the RWF, LB and RB positions. I think Juventus will be greatly helped by his arrival to wade into the competition next season and it is only fitting that he was recruited to replace Cuadrado considering that these two players have a very similar position. I think Timothy Weah will be very comfortable at La Vecchia Signora until 2028 and as a young player he will definitely be the first choice to fill in as a starter for Juventus as long as he can continue to be consistent throughout the seasons.
Timothy Weah is a young player with a hard-working type of game. he will probably play in the position of winger or even wingback. he is a player who has speed, Juventus will probably give him more place in the main squad. but it all depends on how he performs at the start of the season. if he can show consistency in competing with other players for a place in the main squad. I think his career in Serie A will be very good.
It's rare for a player to be able to play in several positions, and that will be an advantage for the club because the position of the players can be flexibly placed in several places. And for the current style of playing football, players who have the ability to play a role in several positions at once will be the main attraction for clubs who want him. So they don't run out of options when some of the players in that position cannot be played, because there are other players who will be ready to fill the void.
Juventus are definitely aware of the potential that lies within this player, and it's clear that it will be to their advantage.
Juventus experienced problems last season, especially after they left many injured players, and that must be of particular concern so that the same incident does not happen again. Evidenced by the return of several names from injuries, they can slowly find their game, and could have finished in the top 4 if only they had not received sanctions. I think they are in good preparation, but maybe I want to see them in pre-season games later.
competition in Serie A for next season, will be highly anticipated, and they can slowly return to a more competitive competition. and of course it will be very welcomed by football lovers.
